Why Hello!  It’s been quite awhile since we last talked!  I know, you missed me, but I was doing some serious work that just really needed to get done over the past two weeks.  To start, I reorganized the craft closet – thank god.  Then, I started getting the buffet organized to store some crafts – still a work in progress.  And finally, I did a full on SPRING CLEAN.  Which included taking everything out of every drawer and cabinet, throwing away what we didn’t need, cleaning inside and out, and then replacing everything in a more organized manner.  I also washed the walls, cabinet doors, countertops, shelves, etc.  And the last, and very worst part, was the vacuuming and scrubbing of the floors.  Barf.  No wait I lied, I cleaned out our trash can, that was even worse.  It smelled like something had died in there!

Now that it is clean, however, I feel so much better!  And it keeps me more motivated to keep it clean as I make new messes.  But I’m sure the cleanliness will all come to and end on Saturday.  It’s Sarah’s birthday this week, and we’re having a Jersey Shore theme party – as in Jersey Shore on MTV.  It will be the BEST. PARTY. EVER.

Moving on!  First, I need to share this picture with you.  I was crafting the other day, and I looked up to find Bruce making good use of the buffet …

He’s such a little brat!  When I was cleaning the buffet this weekend, I found the teeny tiniest paw prints.  So cute.

Now on to the latest project!  This month I’m going to be sharing with you lots of items that are a must have for summer and vacation travels – I’m so excited about this!  I haven’t made a new logo for this blog yet, but one will be coming soon!

First up, I made a variety of fabric headbands – great for keeping the hair out of your face when you’re out on the beach, and they can add a little splash of color to any outfit.  Check em out.

I also made a few of the organza headbands too.
